Pre-School Waiting List Policy
The procedure for registering with our setting is to complete this waiting list form.
Your child's name will be entered onto our waiting list at any age from birth to school age, but no guarantee of a place can be given. Children will only be entered onto the waiting list when this form is totally completed.
We keep a waiting list of children in date of birth order and depending on availability at the time.
We aim to offer places when a child reaches two years old. The Settings Manager will contact you when a place comes available. Children on the waiting list and who are eligible for a government-funded place will be given priority on the waiting list. This conforms to our registration conditions with Ofsted.
At our settings, we recommend that a child attend a minimum of two sessions a week to benefit from the professional services we provide. On starting pre-school, you will be informed of available sessions and will be asked to choose which combination of available sessions you would like your child to attend.
During the academic year, further sessions may become available of which you will be informed. We do our best to accommodate new families to the area wherever possible and aim to welcome all children and families irrespective of circumstances, special needs. Please complete the form, leaving NO Blanks. We will confirm by telephone or email when we have a place available for you.
