Out-of-school Waiting List Policy
The procedure for registering with our setting is to complete this waiting list form.
Your child's name will be entered onto our waiting list, but no guarantee of a place can be given. Children will only be entered onto the waiting list when this form is totally completed.
On starting Out of school services you will be informed of available sessions and will be asked to sign a termly contact for the days attending for the required session.
During the academic year, further sessions may become available, of which you will be informed. We do our best to accommodate new families to the area wherever possible and aim to welcome all children and families irrespective of circumstances, special needs. Please complete the form, leaving NO Blanks. We will confirm by telephone or email when we have a place available for you.
